CEO Welcome
It is an honor and a privilege for me to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Graham County Hospital. The hospital has a long and proud history of serving the healthcare needs of our communities. I look forward not only to continuing with that heritage but I also look forward to improving the quality of care provided as well as expanding the services offered.
At present, healthcare in general is experiencing change and uncertainty. Increased insurance costs, declining population and decreased reimbursement are common challenges effecting most rural healthcare systems. However, the future of healthcare appears promising for Graham County. Our hospital has dedicated employees who demonstrate compassion while providing excellent care to our neighbors, family and friends. We are fortunate to have three providers who bring a wealth of knowledge and clinical competence to our communities. Our governing Board is devoted to the goal of providing high quality, cost effective healthcare to our residents while giving of their time and talent in setting the course of this organization.
In coordination with those we serve, our employees and our providers I will strive to provide quality care while maintaining our hospital’s financial stability. Again it is my privilege to work with a great group of individuals and to serve as a member of this team.
