Graham County Hospital Clinic is proud to serve our community as a designated Rural Health Clinic. Our team of experienced providers offers comprehensive care for the whole family—from infants to the elderly. Whether you need preventative care, chronic disease management, or help with an acute illness, we’re here to help. We see all patients from newborn to elderly.

Primary Care Services Include:

  • Wellness Exams (Pediatric & Adult)
  • Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
  • DOT (Department of Transportation) Physicals
  • Chronic Disease Management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc.)
  • Walk-In Clinic for Acute Care Visits (cold, flu, minor injuries) M-F 8a-4p
  • Women’s Health Services (pap smears, breast exams, birth control counseling)
  • Men’s Health Services (prostate exams, testosterone screenings)
  • Telehealth Services (virtual visits)
  • Procedures: Incision & Drainage, Simple Wound Repair, Foreign Body Removal, Joint Injections, Skin Biopsies or Cryotherapy, Earwax Removal, Toenail Removal
  • Care Coordination and Support Services (referral to specialists, case management, chronic care management)

Walk-In Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (No appointment required)
