Stress Test

Comprehensive cardiac testing to evaluate heart performance under exercise conditions.

Stress tests are performed by a physician and trained technician to monitor how the heart responds to physical activity. This test helps identify any irregularities in heart rhythm, blood pressure, or oxygen levels during exertion.

Preparation

  • Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes
  • Avoid caffeine and food 12 hours before testing
  • Test duration is approximately 30–45 minutes

Test Overview

  • Walking on a treadmill at increasing intensity
  • Monitored by ECG and medical staff
  • Helps diagnose cardiovascular issues

  • Nuclear Stress Tests offered every other week
  • Referral from your provider is required
