The Registration Department at Graham County Hospital is your first stop for accessing hospital services. Our friendly staff is here to make your check-in process as smooth and efficient as possible.

If you are scheduled for services at the hospital, please check in at Registration first before proceeding to any department.

Our Registration Department is conveniently located just inside the hospital’s main entrance, on the southwest corner of the hospital.

8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m.

  • Any necessary referral paperwork or orders from your provider
